hermes 100 test version

hallo everybody,
i got an hermes 100 not regulary sold on the market: it is a "test only" sample with the following:
rom 0,93,03 (1/19/06)
radio 0,73,00

if i go in bootload i can only see 2 numbers at the bottom wich are:
0,16
0,92
wich probably are IPL and SPL

i try to upgrade with last rom found on this site (HTC_TyTN_WWE_3.54.255.3_6275_1.48.00.10_108) but i get a "260 Connection" error

can you give me some advice?

P.S. i already tried to close all other usb port, restart Pc and Pda as described on this site... but no good results...
