Keep getting Error 262

Hi,

Currently i'm running Schap's 3.30 on my Hermes and wanted to upgrade to the 4.01 Full version.

However, when i try upgrading i keep getting Error 262. Rebooting / Retrying and even changing laptops made no difference.

I already tried to run the unlocker as i thought this would be the right approach but im not sure if i succeeded. I had a program on my mobile asking to unlock. And so i did.

Here are some infos that may be needed:

SPL 1.09
Radio: 1.32.00.00

If i try upgrading i choose auto-detect and then i "next" everything. Maybe something should be changed here...
