uninstall/remove programs included in a cooked rom

is there anyway i can remove programs from a cooked rom, looked in upgrading/mobile 6/wiki but can't find anything.

Oh no, again...

It has been explained in several threads that every file that is part of an OS - cooked or official - IS BURNT ONTO THE ROM, so cannot be deleted.

ROM = Read Only Memory.

The only thing you can do: to flash a new rom.
