Same battery problem not 50% for upgrade

Hi,
I see loads of people with this problem, did ROM upgrade with no luck. Have a USB / Charger cable.
Now phone wont charge.
Comes on when connected to mains charger.
Will boot in Bootloader mode (no usb) when on charger.
Will talk in USB (Activesync) mode when on charger.
Wont do USB in Bootloader mode (turns off even when on charger)

Carnt do ROM load in Boot loader mode cos turns off
Carnt do ROM through Active Sync cos less than 50% battery.

Is there a ROM that will run through ActiveSync without the battery check ?
I am yet another person asking for a copy of a SD image for download (or even where one can be purchased)

Any other ideas ?

Or is it possible to create a SD card ROM from the ones that can be downloaded from the site ?

Is there any links to a SD card ROM anywhere ? Its the only method I can think of to get this phone working again, There's still solution posted anywhere !!

My Charmer, is defintely a paperweight now. It doesn't even turn on, or do a hard reboot. The battery only measures 0.22V with a multimeter.

Use an universal Charger with 5 Volt to charge the battery out of the Charmer.
This may work. Or it will damage the battery, but I think it will work.

Hi, i have read about a BATFIX.cab. Try this one.................

The batteryfix.cab, does not work for me. All of the universal chargers I'm seeing here, are limited at 3.7V. This isn't even enough to turn on the phone.
