Info on Touch Commander

I didnt see any posts here about the touch commander. It appears to be very similar to the touch cube developed here but has its differences. There charging for it so i was wondering if it is a spin off of the program developed here or is it new by its self. Here is a link to the site with this for sale. Is the Touch Cube from here open source?
