HTC6800

I bought the HTC 6800 from Bell a few months ago (which isn't listed here, but looks exactly the same as the Hermes - hmmm?)

Anyway, it seems to be quite buggy. Often times my keys won't respond, or my wifi won't connect, my email won't work, etc. All causing me to have to restart.

I'm wondering what my options are for "upgrading" and how I would go about this?

assuming you havent tried to upgrade or done anything to to void the warranty and youve had it for under a year, i would just call Bell and ask them to replace it under warranty.. simpliest option in my opinion

by the way, your device is the Mogul, not the Hermes.
