dead after upgrade try help...

hi i tryie to upgrade my t-mobile pro but when strating the upgrade the active sync connection was lost because windows started to install drivers for a new device and it took tooo long and the upgrade stoped and noow my device is dead. a hard reset it and it showed me press 0 to restore but nothing happened . the screen shows usb v1.01 all the time the usb is connected and thats all . please help how can i restore my phone and is it possible. please help

You're stuck in bootloader. Been there a few times myself.
