Anyone got EXPERIENCE on screen replacement please?

PROBLEM:I have an SX66 which has a broken screen. I dont want to spend a whole lot of money on it. (This is an experiment to see what improvement over my Wizard the BA is)

I also happen to have a Verizon XV6600 which no one seems to want? It seems to be a 0x4. The Siemens may be an Ox6??

I know before taking them apart that there is a Topopoly and a Sony screen and cant figure out when HTC used either or for what reason or if they just depend on which screens they had in stock when they made the units. Before I start taking the Mint CDMA Verizon apart: Does anyone know if the two screens (and presumably digitisers as well) are interchangeable please?

They DO interchange although the instructions are only fairly useful: There is a relatively obvious screw which isn't mentioned AND it might have been worthwhile saying whether you CAN or CAN'T simply interchange the whole frontal assembly instead of taking the whole thing apart down to every screw and PCB just to get a new screen in.
