help !!!!

hi guys i just got the treo 750 a few days ago and i ran the unlocker and the program never finished i can never complete the last step i didnt know if it worked so i did a hard reset thinking that every thing would go back to normal and i think it did but i still have the custom spl im running the wmdc beta because i have a hermes also i was wondering if i still need to flash the radio to get wm6 im an att user and i have the treo from att can some one help me out

This seems to be also my Problem.
The first step (Hard-SPL) flashing works fine, so does the second. But then, after I am told to watch my devices screen, a wierd error message pops up un my PC and I can't do anything.

Does anyone have any Idea whats wrong?

(Oh and by the way, this threads topic is really bad! how should anyone find us here if you write nothing other than "Help!" I'd recommend "Cheetah unlocking failed" or something more explicit!)

Actually reding other thrads is sometimes a good Idea ;-)... hopfully this will work for me...
