azerty to querty keyboard

Hi all,

First, I am sorry if the topic has been discussed before but I could not find relevant information here.

I have a Treo 750 flashed into wm6. This is a french one with azerty keyboard.
I bought new faceplace (grey) on ebay but I received a querty keypad.

So I would like to turn my Treo on querty.

How to do this

Bit confusing!
azerty on palm
wants querty
Receives querty, so what is wrong? besides you cannot change keyboard layout internally!! Updating to french or german rom does not change keyboard but only the language!

So it is QWERTY int, AZERTY french, QWERTZ german.
