tweaking carrier name?

any procedure on how to modify or tweak the carrier name? All i can find is hiding it.

Step by Step guide to change Your Operator names:

Find
HKLM/Software/Microsoft/RIL/OperatorNames
and Create new string.
String name must be your operator codes. string value to any words...
