stuck on bootloader

Hi,

I tried to upgrade my rom, now i'm stuck on the bootloader screen. I treid to to use the update util, it gets stuck on 99% and then says it can't update.
So im totally stuck in the boot loader. I tried several roms, al the same problem.
Does someone know how to fix my Wizard?

Please help me!!

You didn't CID unlock your Wizard before update.
Follow the instructions at the stickies in Wizard Upgrading forum.
