Please Read Things to Know:

1. This Rom has not got midlet manager so you need to install one before trying to run any midlet applications.

[B]2. You just need to Flash Rom, hard reset, wait for customisation to finish.

3. To activate cube please run Ftouchflo.config in Touchflo Folder and enable Ftouchflo in general tab. To de-activate the cube just do the reverse.

For useres who wants to re-align thier screen after set up.

To fix screen alignment:

1. Run touchflo.config in Touchflo folder and untick in general tab enable touchflo this will ask you to soft reset your device. after soft reset you can then re-align your screen. to activate cube again just enable ftouchflo in touchflo.config again.

Reason is there is a conflict with ftouchflo running which stops the screen alignment configuring properly

RUN GPS TEST FIRST BEFORE PROGRAM E.G TOMTOM THEN RUN TOMTOM

Thanks to all the Pros out there who made it possible for us to flash our kaisers i.e POF, OLIPRO, HELMI_C for his quick break through of roms and everyone who else who contributed to the kaiser community.

This Rom is optimised for speed and stability I havent tested it for long so I'm not sure what bugs are there.

Bugs Reported so far:

IN THE RTM VERSION I have updated S2U2 TO 0.85 upon first boot it shows an error just click ok and that will be it. I still can't figure why its happening that's why I didnt update it before but it runs ok after that.

I don't understand all you need to do is to download, extract using winrar or winzip go into extracted folder and click on kaiser ruu

romsetting is just another you can use to customise the htc 6 button comm manager. over a week only. lol:)

I didnt get time to test this out fully but most of my Roms are made the same so hopefully I didnt lft anything out.

I use the drivers from the latest htc 1.83 release for testing purpose only to see if there is any difference in speed and stability.

If you like the ROM, just flash the HTC radio only and everything will be alright. It is in one of the stickies on the upgrading page on kaiser roms.

I know mate I told you its freaking fast:eek: just for a little sacrificing of some program memory but you can adjust the performance using shaps config in performance tab by adjusting your Glyph cache settings if its too fast.

Seems the languajes are not available for changing on HTC T9.

Other issue is writing with hard keyb, seems not reponsible than previous version of your ROM. When i press one key, many times two or three letters are writed on the screen... strange...

Anyway, the ROM is very very nice...

Just applied this ROM, but every time my device reboots I'm presented with the following dialog:

Connection Setup
The operator does not exist in the database. Please contact your operator for the connection settings.

Connection Setup will redirect you to the Connections screen.

I hit "Hide", it takes me to the Connections screen, and I hit "ok". Is there any way to tell it to stop doing this? Never happened with the other TouchCube ROM, nor the default HTC ROM.

I'm working on it shouldnt be long though only removing the touch keyboard and some other bits i would say if no more serious bugs are found I can release another version tonight not being the final but just to fix the touch keyboard

First of all, thank you Dutty for this new ROM. It is very fast and stable.
However:
1. I have also had problems with the Spanish input language (I think touch keyboard is not worth) ;)
2. Personally, I prefer the windows blue screen startup rather than the grey photo with htc logo (but I know this is only a subjective taste) :o
3.I think it is clearer the other Comm Mannager with the big squares: in this one, with lines and on/off, it is more difficult to see if, for example, the wifi is on or off, because you have to "read" it through the iluminated alternative. The other one is easier to detect if anything is on or off at a glance.

Besides that, the ROM is perfect!

There arent much difference in my roms as I made the the way I would like it to be on my phone.

This one is just a second version of touchflo with different build, drivers, cube, and lots of tweaking involved.

I do not charge for my roms but if you want to donate you can with how how much you want to.

Wktask is the latest version Regarding S2U2 I tried editing and using the latest one but having trouble getting it to work thats why I still left it as cab so you can just un-install it and installed the new version.

i took the battery out for 10 seconds. put it back in.

I has the same problem, my touchflo had to be manually started (\\windows\touchflo\Ftouchflo.exe), after clicking this it then created the link in the windows\startup folder that i needed to delete...

Its a minor issue it just that when you start ftouchflo.config it automatically generates a shortcut in startup folder. I will have a look into this for the final rom

My problem may be very well related to the thing you mention above, dutty. I just got to d/l and install your ROM just before you updated it to ...fixed_keyboard version. I do like the Touch Keyboard, but funny thing, it shows up nice (real QWERTY keyboard, big and smooth) when i dont really need it, but it shows ugly (with digits groupped together like in an ugly nokia phone) right when i need it for typing (for sms/mms, new contact etc.). Is this problem fixed or fixable in some way?

this was taken from the touch dual it should mapped to the red button but at the moment it doesnt work so its a bit usesless atm but if you like it you can use it as a soft key for easy access to vibrate, data disconnection and so on

did you try a different city, even one from europe? try bucuresti/romania and see if it is running. mine is, as i said.
also, are you trying to update via wireless connection (gprs/umts/hsdpa) or wifi or usb? for me it worked via hsdpa (H icon up above the screen).

gprs/umts/hsdpa- that is what I usually use. I did not try a different city because the one I use always worked. I'll give it some time

as a note, your kaiser is not bricked for good, there are ways to make it work. you will find out how if you read enough on this forum or if smb experienced helps you step by step. i have played with these things a lot, but i am not that experienced to guide you. if i had it under my eyes, i am sure i could have fixed it.
as a basic idea, try to install the original HTC ROM you had it on when buying it. then go for the Hard-SPL and then to the preffered ROM of your choice. your original rom should run from bootloader mode. also, i think there should be a way to apply the hard-spl directly from bootloader mode. ask austinsnyc or pof for help.

Wktask is the latest version Regarding S2U2 I tried editing and using the latest one but having trouble getting it to work thats why I still left it as cab so you can just un-install it and installed the new version.

I'm uploading the new rom with the keyboard fix.

If you have the original SPL, you need a ROM that match with the CID for TMobile. The reconstructeds ROMs will not work.

Try to read the CID using mtty (info 2, i beleave), and i'll try to pack an UK TMObile NBH with the CID you read, to test if this can help you....

I think I may have a solution to why the Weather is down for some people. This is from N2A. I believe there is a server conflict with anyone who uses HHC and U.S. Cities. Sorry for this not directly related to the ROM. but people may wonder after they install it.

hi mate I just found a way around it for now.

You can use ftouchflo.config in touchflo folder to turn on and turn off the cube. just untick enable ftouchflo.

this also enables you to re-align your screen as well, this is looking really interested.:rolleyes:

touchflo works fully now with my roms all you need to do is flash device wait until configuration is set up nd just activate the cube by up down left right it just works

If your happy with the Final rom then there is no need to update but the difference are,

new rom is

1. Faster
2. updated apps
3. lots of reg tweaks added.
4. different build
5. updated cube colours and htc home

I updated previously to your TILT beta which gave me the newer radio. Then I wanted to try this one out so I flashed back to the original ATT rom. I just flashed this RTM from this thread and my radio is listing as:

1.27.12.11

Is that what I should be using? If I wanted to change radios to try them out, is it possible to do without doing a full flash; could I only change the radios?

People who have installed this Rom and having problems with sound. this have been discussed a 100 times. So I will say this last time please read and have some understanding about flashing a rom before attemptng to do so.

The AT&T RADIO CAN ONLY BE USED WITH LATEST AT&T ROM WITH THE AT&T DRIVERS.

If you want to used this Rom you can flash Radio only thats in Kaiser wiki.

People who have installed this Rom and having problems with sound. this have been discussed a 100 times. So I will say this last time please read and have some understanding about flashing a rom before attemptng to do so.

The AT&T RADIO CAN ONLY BE USED WITH LATEST AT&T ROM WITH THE AT&T DRIVERS.

If you want to used this Rom you can flash Radio only thats in Kaiser wiki.

I have found that there is a bug with input in this ROM, perhaps in others as well. Dutty, you should take a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1695559 the interesting stuff comes in at post #12.

Also... Dutty, would you please post the HTC EndKey app in your Latest HTC Programs thread? The cab is nowhere to be found on any page of that thread.

I find that VOIP is not dialing the country codes in my contacts. For example, if my contact has the number +1212-555-1212, it only dials 212-555-1212.

The v1 RTM where I installed VOIP separately would dial the country code correctly.

If you have the original SPL, you need a ROM that match with the CID for TMobile. The reconstructeds ROMs will not work.

Try to read the CID using mtty (info 2, i beleave), and i'll try to pack an UK TMObile NBH with the CID you read, to test if this can help you....

Sure... It is an app called HTC Home Customizer. I searched for it and the best I found was this:

When you launch it you can download the icons and clocks etc from the app itself. The icons I am using are the "IPhone-Alt" and the clock is "Segoe Bold White" but feel free to play around.

There was a bug in the com manager button with wlan but its fixed now so just awaiting to se if any more bugs are found and should release the final tonight hopefully

its not a major bug if you don't want to install you don't have to if you set up your configuration already.

Have you found any more bugs. If no more bugs are found then I will release the fixed wlan rom

1. Run touchflo.config in Touchflo folder and untick in general tab enable touchflo this will ask you to soft reset your device. after soft reset you can then re-align your screen. to activate cube again just enable ftouchflo in touchflo.config again.

its not a bug I change the registry to include in the 6 button comm but if you run rom settings it doesnt show on there. to replace it back you have to select it in shaps config

Ok ... this may be obvious to most but I struggled with the Quick Menu and the Large Menu...

1. Large Menu is loaded on this ROM by default
2. If you click on Quick Menu it disables Large Menu
3. If you set quick menu to turn off, it goes back to the standard windows menu
4. If you then try to load the large menu again, you won't get anything at all UNTIL:
5. Soft reboot and you will get the large menu once again... my preference. I like the quick menu but large menu is simpler.

Lesson Learned: You can only use one at a time! Be careful and wear protection. :p

if touchflo is activated you can launch it anywhere you are. i.e scrolling the internet just swipe and it activates

Ok. I am as green as they come with flashing roms, but I just read this whole post and I think all of my questions have been answered - and I am dying to get this thing rolling. I just got my Tilt today and want to setup this rom before I do anything else but want to make sure I understand a couple of things:

1. Hard spl first. Dutty's hybrid v2 RTM next. Follow instructions on #1 this thread from here. right?
2. Do I need the keyboard fix mentioned for ATT Tilt (I do have an ATT Tilt and I have whatever ROM it came with - I think the "D" is the ROM? and if so I have 1.57.00.00)
3. Have read that sound problems come (read many, many, many times) with installing this ROM with ATT radio - which I assume I have since I just bought my phone from ATT.com - but I have also read that the radio to have is 1.27.12.11 - which is the one I have. So that means I can ignore the sound issue since I have 1.27.12.11? If not I will look again to know how to fix before flashing.

How do I enable a 3G on/off button in the nice Comm Manager in this ROM? 3G is good, but eats too much battery when not in use. And automated on/off of 3G often causes too many "other" issues. So I prefer to turn 3G off to GPRS manually.

1) Dunno how to get the Cube to work.... followed the steps exactly as you have told..... the ftouchflowconfig shows "Ftouchflow is currently enabled"... although I am not sure how to get the cube...

2) I am missing the transcriber in the SIP. Could you please tell me how to get it back..

Dutty, Get Rom! Just want to know one thing why did you add the voice speed call back on the rom. the only reason i ask is that i install MS VoiceCommand which i dont need to train it. I have heard it said that "comparison is the death of contentment." Well, I have always known that to be very true of my own experience - Tungsten E, T3, T5, LifeDrive, 8125, iPhone (sucks - and gift it was), and then Tilt met xda and company, but, particularly in this case Dutty, have crashed the axiom. I am content in the midst of continual comparison. This ROM cooks.
