how to stop AUTO CONFIGURE

@every soft reset this annoying thing starts up !!! i've placed the carrier cabs from http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=ATOM_carrier to extrom & now it detects my AIRTEL INDIA properly but still it keeps auto starting :(

how do i stop this damn stupid thing?

i've used....
turn off autoconfig during startup (# for russian operator BEELINE)

Hey Mr.India or Mis,
u r using russian BEE L network or Indian Air Tel network? if u want disable Auto config for Air Tel then u have to use Air Tel Network code for it. so try this..

so long tat field was empty & my code is 40431 .... so i put 40431 & restarted & O MY GOD !!!! @ last the bloddy bugger has shut up .... cheers man... thank u so much
