just funny colors after flashing BA

Hello,

i tried to flash my O2 (germany) XDA III with
- HELMI_BA_WM6_R0_Public.RAR and
- Helmi_BA_WM2k5_AKU3.5_v1.4.CF2.R2.rar

in both cases - the flashing seem to wokr fine, but after reset all i get is a funny screen with 4 colours (blue, green, red, white) - that says: R 1.10.00
... nothing more

when i re-flash to the original ROM (from o2.de) the PDA works again (but with PPC 2003)

getdevice says (before i first flashed it): PH20B1 B 1 GER R O2___102 1.31.01 0 1 1.10.00 10.00

can someone help - please ?
by the way: actually i'd like to have a german ROM - should i try another one ? which ?

try hardresetting it...
i know all upgrades needs a hard reset because they dont format the storage.
so you're wm6 is conflicting with your previous OS...
therefore, it hangs in that screen.
