The rom utilizes the Dopod factory ship rom as a base so changing of the radio is not necessary. All AT&T settings are pre-loaded, this rom was developed for AT&T users. A non-branded variant is soon to come for users that aren't on the AT&T network.

What is UI Tweaker and why is it included in the rom?
I have included UI Tweaker so you can further customize the user interface to match the CUSTEL theme for a greater experience. You can implement the CUSTEL Color Scheme by doing the following.

UITweaker ~> SysColorChanger ~> Tools ~> Import

Select the CUSTELColorScheme file located in the Color Schemes folder of my documents and reboot your device.

Wifi doesn't work in the comm manager how can I fix it?
Install the cabe below to fix the wifi CommManager Button :cool:

ok custel's att chopped screwed is by far one of the fastest out now.. reason being.. there is NO lag in screen rotation. with 75.24mb of program on cold boot. and very quick \windows\ listing it floats.

I have flashed this rom and it feels like flying running it - my TyTN II has never felt snappier and I have tried every rom released.

Just flashed. First impressions are: "@~!# me this is quick!"

So far I have tested just about every ROM for the Tilt (Kaiser) and this one is the fastest. The screen rotation and speed at which it displays stuff on the screen is very impressive.

I will add the wifi on/off bubble to the second post for a temporary fix of the wifi issue. As for the mommy file it is part of arcsoft mms.

No go with those of us who upgraded to radio 1.27.14.09 ... Absolutely no audio of any sort.. speaker disabled. Like the other roms, I bet we need to switch radio versions back to 1.27.12.XX for the audio to work properly with this rom.

It doesn't work with the latest radio, the only rom that works with the latest radio is the AT&T rom which my rom is not derived from.

Downloading now but I would like to mention although you have stated the newer radio version is not compatible with this release I have found it to be superior so you might consider this for your next release.

i have tried this rom out for a bit and find that it is very nice. fast and seems like a semi-lite rom to me, not alot of crap you dont need. one thing tho is that the 14.09 radio does seem to be a big improvement over the 12.11, just something to consider for next release.

To fix the radio problem, for those who want to use this ROM, just flash the original HTC shipping ROM 1st, that will downgrade the radio version. Once that is done you can flash this ROM. Downloaded the patch and still cannot get the wifi to work from the com manager. I got my wifi to turn on from the setting but not I cannot turn it off. rebooting it comes back on.

Trying to install this rom...

Followed these instructions to install from microSD card:

1. Get a 128MB MicroSD card (or whatever size you like) and format it (***please make sure you format it, but not just delete all contents on it)
2. find the ROM image you would like to use, normally namede RUU_Sign.nbh, and rename it to "KAISIMG.nbh"
3. Plug the card into the phone, then enter boot loader mode by pressing down the Power and Camera buttons simultaneously, and using the stylus at the same time to press the RESET button at the left side. Continue pressing the two buttons for a few seconds after pressing and releasing the reset button until the bootloader screen appears. (taken from Wiki)
4. You will first see a tri-color screen then the information on the card. Press power button to start flashing.
5. After all these are done, press the reset button located at the bottom of the phone to reset the device.

I got to step #4, saw the tri-color screen come up for about 2 seconds.
Then it went to a white screen that just says "Loading..." for 5 minutes.

Where do i go from here??

your rom is my favorite rom so far, but i'm having an issue. I created a thread for this, which i guess i shouldnt have, just was really late and didnt think about it i guess.

If i go to a picture, and send via mms, it brings up the messaging window, but all thats listed most of the time is my e-mail account. Sometimes MMS will show up, but when i click it it just brings me back to the picture instead. If i select e-mail, it puts it in the e-mail as an attachment with out a problem. Does this with or without arcsoft mms installed.

also, it seems when ever i try to make an mms, it puts it in drafts, even though nothing ever comes up for me to save it there. WHen i try to read it in the drafts, nothing happens.

I am going to be posting an updated rom later today with arcsoft v4.0.3 which should resolve this issue.
