Audio completely gone on my Trinity!!

Hi.
I've been using my Trinity for a few months without any problems.
But yesterday it started to lose all sound.
No screen tap sounds, no mp3 playback, no voice instructions from Tomtom and no sound when someone calls me.. :mad:

I've found after a soft reset it sometimes returns but then it goes again.
I've actually just done a hard reset now but the audio is still gone :eek:

Any ideas.
Does it look like i should send it back?
Any advice would be great.

Try clicking on the loudspeaker icon at the top of the screen as you might find the the display and phone sliders have gone down to zero, which cuts off the sound. Otherwise check on the phone settings in the Settings section.

You may also try reflashing.
