Hi,
Looking for a new ROM to be installed on my XDA Orbit I though that it would be great to inform all of forum users which one is the best in our opinions. We are testing it a lot, finding bugs and choosing the best one.
Please give to all of us your opinion on the following ROMs using grades from 1-5 (5 - the best one):
- Artemis Touch 3.01 WM6 WWE ROM, 5.2.1921 SDHC Full, Lite)
Artemis Touch 3.01 WM6 WWE ROM, 5.2.1921 SDHC Vanila)
- Black & Blue v4.3
- O2 Premium 2.0 WM6 WWE ROM, 5.2.1921 SDHC (Full & Lite)

The Meschle Rom (full) is for me the most stable / fastest / best composition one :)

Same here. 1.0 drained more memory and was a tad slower but it was more stable as it was.
2.0 is pretty stable too but every now and then you have to reset it because some random issue appears. Usually something small but annoying like, internet won't connect or something. Other than that, it's the best ROM yet for me.
Touch 3.0 was not stable enough for me but I really liked it visually.

I have tried a lot, but nothing was as stable and sophisticated as Bepes 0.53 Full (incl. Cube)
Especially if you use TomTom there's nothing better than flash it with your ROM!
4.5 out of 5 (because of storage running full)

It was very tempting for me to try it, but, reading the thread of Bepe's rom, I'm afraid of the memory leak! It's one of the biggest disadvantage for me if a rom 'eats' the free RAM memory. I know, every ROM does it, even the official, but -according to some forum mates- Bepe's ROM eats a lot and quickly.
Any comment?

Fist had Mischele's TF 3.1, Excellent one, then O2 premium Latest was release. Liked the colourful icons and TF screens. Equally impressed. Both are equally good.
Both ROM were very stable on mine. Maybe my P3300 was 'virgin' before it was flashed with those 2 cooked ROMs.
Thanks to Mischele

Just because TomTom is in the RAM you can imagine those 20MB are missing, BUT also these 20MB free in your data storage.
This does not matter too much. I have to reset every second/third day to get the Memory back - and this doesn't make much difference to any other ROM (including the original) - just try it!
If you do not use TomTom there is absolutely no disadvantage that has not been solved so far!
Tip: OxiosMemory.PocketPC.CAB (Hibernate) helps a bit

I've gone "back" to B&B 4.1 as I personally find it the most stable version. I have customised a lot of the screens to a black vista theme and am very happy without SDHC support as my card is only 2GB!

Ok form my experience Meshcle's newest rom is fast and stable and overall a good rom.
B&B is also good but out-dated now that meschle's rom has come out.
Despite this, i switched back to B&B4.3 simply due to the fact that it LOOKS a lot better.
In my opinion, Meschle and Tom and should wortk together and produce a SUPER rom that has all the good features in meshle's and tom's roms witout any of the bad features.
oh yh and meshcle needs advice on how to make his rom's look better because if they did look better i'd use them.

I personally dont like HTC home..etc black colour.
I've been thinking to install Artemis Vanilla 2.01 WWE ROM - 5.2.1921 SDHC (Build 18521.0.7.0) with
58.76mb total storage memory
28.4mb free program memory
What you guys think about that ROM. Seems to have more memory compare to other ROMS..
Now I have HTC WM6 official ROM. Is it the worse ROM?

I agree with you. After trying some others, I've remained with it.

I am using Vanilla 1 and it is stable and fast. The power consumption is small, smaller than of Vanilla 2.01.
