hey I'm looking for the most basic rom possbile to rebuild. I'm a Wizard chef and a friend of mine has giving me the task to make a tilt rom

So take a rom strip it and get to work, we aren't here to spoon feed you ;)

Just put the AT&T rom back on the kids phone, he complains too much....

See my ROM thread for an HTC base ROM with everything stripped as OEM packages. Still working on the AT&T Tilt 1.6 ROM.
