Can't flash roms

when I try to flashing any ROM. it will show dialog box said

"the program is from an unknow publisher. running it can possibly harm the device. Do you want to continue?

Name : enterbootloader.exe
Location: /windows

yes/ no"

when i select yes it will show a blank dark page and in ROM update utilities will show Error 202 Connection / check connection

how can I solve this. thanks

Have you installed Hard SPL?

ERROR [202, 204] : CONNECTION
This error message will appear when the device is not connected to ActiveSync correctly. Make sure you properly connect the device to the PC through ActiveSync before running RUU.

As tnyynt said, install hard-spl!

If you already have hard-spl, try to update with manual bootloader mode (reset+camera+turn on button in the same time), and not with the sspl started by RUU:)

when i close my antivirus program

that warning to confirm to run program is not show but it still stop connection with dark screen and rom upgrading will fail. any suggestion?

Try flashing to Hard SPL from another machine and then you can flash your ROM from SD card
