Randomaccess.exe file corrupt

I think I may have either removed or corrupted the randomaccess.exe file on my O2 xda orbit using sktools.

Do not knoow if this is the right forum but thought I would ask the question.

The attached screenshot shows the error message I get when I try and look at my contacts.

Can anyone help?
