How to unCID?

Hello,

First, excuse me for my poor english.
I buy a qtek v1605 SFR in february 2007.
I upgrade it with different version of Shap's.
Everything was ok.
Last week the screen's phone stay white. I have to off it, on it, off it, on it to have my screen ok. Sometimes, it refuse to switsch off.
So, I want to bring it on warranty.
I put an old VM5 ROM:

Date de ROM: 06/18/06
Version de radio 1.27.00.00
Version de protocole: 32.60.7020.06H

but I don't know if it is the good one, the one which was on it when i bought it?

The bootloader:
HERM200
IPL-1.01

is it the good one?

is it ok to bring it on warranty?
