P3600 ROM update stops device doesn't start anymore

Please help me!! I tried the Lasagna KE 3.05 Full and everything goes well but I have some trouble with Tomtom map activation so I decided to install the Lasagna KE 3.05 light but somthing with the update process go wrong and stops at 10%.

Now everything ROM I try to flash to the P3600 stops at 1% and report an error 270.

I tried also to flash an Olipro bootloader in case this is corrupt but it stops at 100% and report the same error 270.

Obviously the device doesn' start anymore and when I press the on button only the green led is on and when I press ON+Camera+Softreset the bootloader start with this version:

TRIN100
IPL-0.50

TRIN100
SPL-1.07.0000

if I connect the USB data cable it recognized and report USB on the display.
What to do???
