M600 BT Microphone volume

I have read all messages on Audiogain on this forum and cannot work out how to improve my problem.

I use a THB Bury take & talk BT car cradle and whilst I can hear people OK, they complain they can hardly hear me.

I am desperate to improve the microphone volume and wondered if anyone would be kind enough to give me some suggestions.

My previous phone, which used a non BT cradle was perfect, so I know it is not a car kit microphone related issue.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

For anyone who has a similar problem, I have solved this.

When you connect/power up the BT cradle, if you hold the right hand button in until you hear two low beeps, it indicates that the cradle is in 'Hands free' mode.

Two high beeps indicates 'headset' mode

I had the cradle in headset mode.
