Can Any Developer pls fix Speakers

The speaker quality sucks big time on kaiser. Can someone pls, Fix it for Higher volume, and clarity, with out distorted sound.

i would like to know why is the volume so low even with headphones, also i try to use the audiomixer adjuster but it constantly says cannot modify current settings . Anyone have any sucess adjusting the headphone settings so that i can increase the volume the 8925s volume is rather low compared to the 8525
