Touch Commander 2.0 using FTouchFlo?

Is this true? The new version of Touch Commander (by MobilityFlow) is using efrost's FTouchFlo on their commercial app? Anyone using Touch Commander 2.0 that can confirm this?
If this is true and if this was done without efrost's permission.. this is bad.. :mad:

Efrost himself told they have an agreement in FTouchFlo thread. It seems to be Ok.

I see.. Wow.. efrost's awesome work getting noticed by companies. Good for him. :D He really made a lot of things possible with his FTouchFlo.
