I'd like to flash Schap's recent rom with touchflo function,

but it's a bit annoying to install all other programs that I had installed,

especially I need to install bunch o' non-english programs.

I installed spb backup, as people posted, but I'm not sure if it's applicable when I install brand new ROM.

Do you guyz have specific way to install new ROM without installing skype, font, spb weather, TCPMP..... this that that yala yala,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but all at once with one click?

i can't see how you can use a back up on a new rom since the orginal install would be specific to that rom. i just keep a copy of all my cabs i use on the memory card.

I find that SettingsSaviour seems to be working relatively well for me. You place all of your CABs in one (or two) directories, and they will be installed.

Only downside is that you can't seemingly do an auto-installation to a Storage Card, but since I have enough storage space, I don't mind.

Sprite Backup can do ROM/Device upgrade backups. Experience varies - for some upgrades it works for other it does not.
