hybrid vs tilt beta? newbie!

so i searched and couldnt find anything.

i purchased a ATT Tilt a few days ago and i stumbled my way on to here. I was wondering what the differences were between the Newest rom that dutty made

[02.12.07] Dutty's New Build + CE OS Hybrid No.5 + TouchFlo + NETCF 3.5 [Available]

and the

Dutty's TouchFlo Rom Beta 2 TILT VERSION [Nov 29.11.07]

I am new to WinMo, coming from symbian(nokia n73) so it is a whole different world out here! I saw a few videos on youtube about touchflo and it looks awesome!

Also if i flashed to Either one of these roms would there be any things that i would DEFIANTLY need to do to have my Tilt fully functional?

If you got a tilt go for the beta 2 tilt version as its got newer drivers and radio which works well on your network.
