Any way to "lock" items on the today screen?

I am using the HTC home today plug-in and Weather panel and would like to "lock" Weather panel like the home plug-in is. What I mean is, when I have several appointments listed on the today screen and have to scroll down, I would like for weather panel to "stick" so it does not scroll. Since there is an option to "unlock" the HTC home today, I thought maybe there is a reg edit to "lock" other things.
