1.40 Radio Rom

Ok...I frequent all the major PPC forums and I can't freaking find this link, only references to it's existence. I need the 1.40 radio rom. No OS...just the radio. I'm currently on 2.17 with the 1.47.01 and the radio rom is just annoying me a bit, nothing major but enough for me to want to go back to a stable release I know works.

Does anyone have that link? Know which forum posted it? Howard, PPCGeeks, PDAPhone, BAW....XDA!?

So using that .exe I update and it hangs at 0% (on both the PC and the Titan) and then the PC claims it lost connection. Tried hard-resets on the device and everything. Any suggestions?

Have you unlocked (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=332381) your phone?

No...and I was wondering if that was it. I figured since the 1.4 was only gonna touch the Radio and not the OS core it wouldn't be considered an "unoffical" ROM and thus require unlocking. But hey...if Sprint's gonna lock it down that much then unlocking here I come...after the dentist... :-)
