Salaam, i have a big, big problem with my "o2 xda exec" (HTC Universal), i.e i can't enter bootloader mode!!

Actually my xda exec stopped detecting any sim cards...it used to work perfectly fine until a few weeks ago and popped up the stinky message "Invalid or missing sim card." so i thought it might have got locked. I used Buzz's unlocker but it requires the "o2 xda exec" to run in bootloader mode...

now the problem is that my backlight button is not working .... i gave it to a mobile repair shop and Horray! now my power key is also not working!!!!

so now its nearly impossible for me to enter the bootloader mode to run the unlocker application!

Can anyone pleeeez help me in solving this problem...should i dissasemble the phone and try to repair the two buttons (power and backlight) manually?? or is there any other way to get my phone back into working state, or could i remap other keys to imitate the command of those backlight and power keys?!??

upzip and copy the "EnterBL.exe" to your device and execute, your device would be in BL...
