Well it has come to the time for me to send back the phone due to the common White screen/bleeding colors. I and installed the ATT WM6 OEM rom so they would not say anything about Schaps's .02. I checked the boot loader and notice it is still SPL-2.10.Olipro.

Can I without bricking the phone downgrade the boot loader so big blue wont reject my phone? If so, what is the best (oem) boot loader to use? I cannot remember if the Cingular WM5 rom changed the bootloader at all, if so, that would be the best option.

I ran a search for downgrade on the forum, but most threads mentioned removing a custom rom and not the boot loader.

Thanks in advance.

Ignore me. I should have searched further. I have found the answer I was looking for as to if it can be downgraded. I will follow the following thread when I get home from work.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=337365&highlight=downgrade

Another option, assuming you have 2.10 olipro spl now- use mrvanx guide to downgrade to 1.10 oli, then reflash factory rom from htc america site, this will also flash the bootloader to the most current, spl 1.11 worked for me....
