Background betweel answering calls

I m very new user in the forum , so please sorry in advance if i asks silly question but i would like to know that is there ne prgm for my i-mate pdal, where i can added background music like rain, traffic etc when i m in calls like if i m talking wid my friend nd in between i can added some traffic`s sound in background
