Why my time always changes itself to a faster time and date?

my time and date always changes to a faster time and the date always changes to tomorrow. i change it back several time. do a soft and hard reset. flashing a new rom but its still the same problem... any nice guy out there can tell me or help me pls...

Wen you synhronize your pocket with your personal pc, active sinc chnage the time on pocket with the time from the personal pc.

If the two divices are on diferent time zone, it could cost this anomaly.
