I have the Sprint mogul and have put lots of new programs on it to run different things. I heard from a soure, reliability is questionable but nontheless, that there is a way to free up the memory or even just have the mogul run faster even with the programs on it. He said there was a program or something needed, but did warn that the faster it runs the easier it is for it to burn out. Wondering if anyone had some information on that. Thanks.

That sounds like BatteryStatus. The only problem with that is that it isn't compatible with QualComm processors, only the slower processors such as the one in the Wizard(195MHz).

seriously? u would think someone would have thought of something with tht by nw. bt I don't know if we're talking about the same thing. earlier this weekend my phone started really acting slow. bad enough for me to actual revert back to the main settings. it wasn't like I put a lot of programs in it, so it seems odd tht it would act that slowly. I put the same programs back on my mogul to see if it would do the same thing again and so far it hasn't. so I was looking for a way to maybe increase the program running space so I wouldn't have that problem again.

I posted an idea under Titan that might be of interest to you then. I would love to know if the 128Mb RAM cardou from the TyTN II would be compatible with the Mogul.
It's doubtful but if possible then worth it right?

you should install one of the custom roms from custel or dcd. these guys do alot of tweaking on the rom itself, a huge part of that is removing unwanted programs and files. this inturn frees up alot of memory. they even take it a step futher and change the page pool for increase speed. give them a try.
