Treo 750v WM6: Display turn off -> turns on again!

i didnt have a problem with my 750v running wm6 until a few days it always turns on again when i turn the display off.
even when it turns off automatically it directly turns on again.

how comes?

This is a known bug. But it should only be there if you have your brightness set under 40%. Solution? Set it to 40% or higher...
