Normal answer is to flash back to an OEM ROM and verify that your hardware is OK, Then reflash Dual and try again.

thanks for answer.. But ı have one rom that is Athena Projeck Black Dual by PK 3.0... And sorry ı dont know what oem rom is mean:( ı thınk first wm5 rom dont it? if it is wm5 rom, ı havent got it... again thanks.. ( my device is 7500...)

Flash the 1.50 radio then flash the AP Black dual 3.0 and it should work.

i found the bug guys go to settings connections wireless lan and go power mode turn it up to best performance that fixed my issue hope that helps :)
