Always back to wrong default keyboard after soft reset

I have a Touch and installed SPB FSK trial.
I set it as the default keyboard but after each softreset, the touch keyboard is the default one when I type...
I think I already saw a registry hack for this but can't find it...

I use sipchange to set the default keyboard on startup.
