Touch Screen Problems

My Touch screen won't align.When I hit on the target, it doesn't rotate to the four corners of the screen as it would normally do. When I tap on the lower right corner of the screen, the target marker will rotate to the four corners of the screen. It ends up not taking me to the Today Screen. I'm confused on what to do. I got to this point becos I had to hard reset the phone when the stylus won't respond.

Any suggestion will be so much appreciated.

What unit do you have make/mdl? This info will be needed to help!
As far as a hard reset to get it working ??? I don't think it should have needed more then a soft reset? Unless the touch screen is broken!
