That is a good possibility... I tried flashing on my Hermes 200 and received an invalid model id error... so I think it is for the Kaiser..

If memory serves - the Hermes and the Trinity have interchangable radio roms (you can flash the rom from one to the other and they work fine.) The Trinity has GPS hardware (I'm not going to touch the Hermes hardware) which was recently enabled by a radio update. The Trinity radios that end in .12 (I believe) have GPS functionality enabled. They work fine on the hermes but due to hardware/design issues - you will obviously not have GPS functionality on your hermes. The numbering looks right that it very well could be a hermes/trinity rom but I don't have my phone handy to test it right now :(

is there a way to extract the gps radio? and just leave the regular wifi, bluetooth stack and gprs.
just a thought
