Windows Mobile Text Reader

I was looking for a software that reads text and e-mails and what not. My friend had the application but I forgot what he said it was and I haven't gotten a hold of him to ask about it. Is there a software that you know that can do that? Also I guess everything was voice activated. He can say music titles and the phone would play it.

I've downloaded the trial version but there is always a error during an installation. I know it needs to be installed into the main memory which is what I do but I guess it doesn't recognize it. i was windows mobile 6. Can anyone help me out....
