Very strange... do you guys have an HTC non-branded phone or one branded from your operators? It could be a bug in the operator ROM

No. Its a HTC phone, only branded by them. But part of this behaviour seems to track back to our win2k3 server. It's systemclock is behind real clock 25 minutes, and as soon as i connect to the network, my Win XP clock sets itself back this 25 minutes, therefore the connected phone also does the same. But it looks like it looses also sometimes some more minutes over the night as well.
Will doublecheck again tomorrow morning.

we,
If that's the case then your phone is definitely picking up the time change during a synchronisation run or something. There should be an option to disable the network based time sync... I know there's a registry edit to enable it so maybe we can reverse it. If you disable Microsoft Direct Push while your phone is charging through the night, does it still change the time?

use this, i cant remember where i grabbed it from, but it allows you to use your data package to sync with a time server.
