VOIP in the Offical HTC Australia ROM

Hi,

does anyone know whether or not or not there is the WM6 VOIP module
installed in the official Australian HTC WM6 ROM ?

I cannot find it ????

Even I am not able to see it. It should show in Comm Manager as "IP Phone".
