most likely they will be the same.

But since there is no cid unlock this roms cannot be used yet.

Don't mind trying these ROM but the question is don't we need some kind of CID/SPL unlocking tool before we can flash safely??

My phone is already SIM unlocked but I don't think it's safe for me to flash or am I wrong?

It appears to have a different architecture than the Touch. I couldn't even dump the ROM on my Touch Dual using the Touch method...let alone flash a ROM to it :D

Would the Kaiser dumping method work on the Touch Dual?

Its easy ...

1. open the exe file with winrar and extract the update tool with rom file.
2. open the nbh file with nbhtool
3. use tadzio's bigstorage tools on the windows.nb

you have a dump ^_^

After Compare ... HTCASIA_WWE_1.31.707.09 have new Programs! A two call Line Switcher and a Java Manager -> JBlend
HTC_WWE_1.13.405.01 have the same JBed Version like my Niki100 and the two call line switcher isnt included too

resume ... no FM Radio Application in the Asia WWE Rom!

uhm ... morning i will make some cab files for the two line switcher! i need them for my ONE Provider!

My Niki was imported from Hong Kong, and therefore is an HTC Asia model. No wifi, no FM. Not wholly surprising; Japan and Asia are classed as different regions by HTC. The Japan / DoCoMo phone has different firmware and possibly / probably different hardware.
