Hard Reset?

How do I do this please? The manual talks about a reset hole on the left side of the phone but I don't have this?!? (Not one under the back cover near the USB port as suggested elsewhere in this forum.)

The reset hole is under the back cover near usb, but can be a bit hard to find. For me it was also easier to hit the reset when inserting the stylus a bit sideways (45 degrees).

Hold red + green and press reset.

If Windows is working you can go Settings --> System --> Clear Storage and it will hard reset your device

Thanks for the tip, that reset is hard to find, had to hard reset here after activating the Orange plugin in SPB v4 !
