nike and umts, does it works?

Ok, it's a silly question.. but..
i got an hermes and it still works worse than a nokia n70.
Sometimes it blocks and lost incoming call.
N70 never (well more or less) did it.

I use three as operator and sometimes another gsm sim.
Mainly i use it in italy.

What's your thoughts about it?

Mine is running without problems the last weeks in the UMTS network.

i get a better signal with the touch dual then i do on my hermes, running on t-mobile.

Mine works fine on Three UK however, I also have a Nokia that always gets a better signal than my Touch or Tytn.

This is my fear. I have an hermes but it works worse than a nokia mobile.
I would avoid to buy a nike and finally use the nokia mobile.
