Palm Desktop to Outlook Convert

I saw pocket today but Im certainly not paying for a one time use. Im a current treo 650 owner and converting my stuff to tilt. any other way to do this?

Try this:

Palm Desktop > Tools > Option > General > re-direct Data directory to C:Program Files\Outlook Express

I'm not sure whether this will work or not.

Alternative ("stupid-er" way):

1. Backup C:\Program Files\palmOne\XXX (XXX being the name you use as your hotsync name for your Treo 650)
2. Uninstall Palm Desktop
3. Re-install Palm Desktop, when prompt to choose whether to sync with Palm Desktop or Outlook Express, choose Outlook Express*
4. Sync your Treo 650 with your PC
5. All your Contact, Memo, Task, Calendar will now shown in Outlook Express

* If I'm not mistaken, you can choose to sync with both Palm Desktop and Outlook Express. You might want to try that, but I can't seem to do that on my PC.
