No way to flashing my Herald!

My phone have a big plm
It can't load the ROM and when i connect it to pc by bootloader it can't be detected.
I've tried flashing ROM by SD card, no solution...

It display on bootloader screen: IPL 1.08.0001
SPL 1.08.0001

Who can help me to resolve my problem? :(

When you connect your phone to your PC under the bootloader, the PC won't recognize it as being attached... but the phone should display "USB" on the bottom left.

If that is the case, you should be ok. What type of phone do you have? Try flashing it under bootloader mode with whatever your Stock RUU is... and once you have the stock OS loaded onto it, you can proceed with trying to flash whatever rom you'd like.

If you get error 300 Invalid update tool then you need to take it to HTC Service as this is un recoverable error and main board has to be changed.
