Is this a known issue with the Tilt?
Video recording and playback is like a slidshow.
Slingbox mobile app plays back fine though.

I think it's due to the poor graphics chip driver that I keep hearing about.

I am amazed that a question (by a member that joined 4 days ago ) is answered so quickly (by a member that joined yesterday) with his first post with such a reply.
First you should ask, was your video done in daylight or indoors/nightime because virtually NO pda camera can do this in low-light conditions without supporting light. :mad:

Yup, very few PDA/ phone cameras (for example, the Sony-Ericsson camera series phones; the newer Nokia models (N93(i), N95, E90, N82 etc) are able to record with 25(+) fps indoors.
Ordinary HTC phones / PDA's don't and have never been able to, in any model (I have several) - that is, this doesn't seem to be a driver issue. HTC still needs to learn a lot from the other mobile manufacturers...
