Memory Leak ??

When I soft-reset my dopod d810, it shows arond 22-23 mb program memory. This drops very quickly and sometimes to less than whats required to run stuff (2-3 mb)
I do a quick clean with memmaid but it doesnt do a lot.

Can anyone explain this or do I just need a soft reset every day or 2 ?
